Please join the rest in on supporting our new board as we begin a new year at North Macon Park. Thanks to all of you for your support over the past two years. CHEVY TAHOE RAFFLE UPDATE!!!!
The winners from the Chevy Tahoe raffle have been confirmed and all of the info is now posted online at www.chevyyouthsports.com.
Thank you again for participating in the program in 2008 and making it a huge success! We especially appreciate you completing our year-end surveys and giving us all the valuable feedback you had about the program.
As promised, we have drawn names for the prizes for those who completed the survey!
Prizes are being sent out today (Tuesday, Sept. 2) and should arrive by the end of this week or early next week via FedEx.

The North Macon Park American Pee-Wee (C-ball) All-Star team won the District 3 Championship in Warner Robbins. The team cruised through an opening game with Lamar County winning 13 - 2. They finished their Saturday play with an exciting game against Newton County. In their final at bat, the North Macon team found themselves down 9 - 2. They proceeded to hammer out six runs, coming up just short losing 9 - 8. They got back on the winning track beating Taylor County 12 - 1, and found themselves having to beat Newton County twice to win the championship. On the arms of Trey Giles, Mitchell Alday, and Brock Baggarly, they did just that, winning game one 7 - 2 and game two 4 - 3. They continue play in the state play-offs in Monticello, Saturday June 28th at 12pm against Wrens County. Congratulations to all the players, coaches, and families for their wonderful accomplishment. GOOD LUCK IN THE STATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
NMP ALL-STAR TEAM WINS DISTRICT 3 T-BALL TOURNEY!

The team opened with victories over Jasper County (30-19) and Warner Robins National (21-1) in Saturday play. Sitting 2-0, North Macon went on the beat Monroe County (20-11) and North Macon National (20-8). Needing two more victories for the title, North Macon went on to beat Jasper County again (18-8) and with that win it set up the finals with Monroe County having to beat North Macon twice. North Macon found themselves down six runs in the bottom of the fifth inning and scratched across six to send the game into extra innings. Monroe County scored one in the top of the 6th and North Macon clinched the tournament with two runs in the bottom of the sixth. Congratulations to all the kids, coaches and families on a job well done!!
